Why isn't my bottle charging?Updated 2 years ago

The first thing to check, which solves over 98% of charging/battery issues we see, is always whether or not both the cable and power adapter included in the box are being used to charge. The device has specific power requirements that are unlikely to be satisfied by universal cables, smartphone wall adapters, etc.
